Rochelle expertly organized a three day off site corporate meeting that brought together our global sales and customer service employees.  Rochelle professionally and efficiently worked with the hotel staff to coordinate every meeting,  break and dinner to perfection.  Outside speakers were prepared and kept to a tight schedule.  Rochelle left no detail undone - beautiful welcome gifts to elegant decorations and even food service that included culturally specific food choices.  Rochelle’s professionalism and welcoming nature made everyone so comfortable.  She took care of every last detail so the employees could focus on a productive meeting.  Spectacular job, we couldn’t have do it without her.

Thanks to Rochelle, Charlotte Catholic was able to have exciting events for faculty and students alike! Teacher Appreciation week was a principal`s dream because the ENTIRE staff was honored. Rochelle was so easy to work with because she listened to our needs and executed our plan from start to finish. Student dances had struggled to attract students before Rochelle`s arrival as PTO president. Rochelle and her team took over all the details of our dances from decorating, hiring the DJ, to clean up. Dance attendance jumped from 100 students to more than 700 students. Her energy and can do attitude were infectious. Anything Rochelle did for Charlotte Catholic turned to gold! Her can do attitude and attention to detail are second to none.  I knew Rochelle would go the extra distance to stretch our dollars and make the event spectacular.

It’s no secret that planning a wedding can be stressful. When our Son proposed to our now Daughter-in-Law we knew we would have some work ahead of us. He is our first child to get married and needless to say we were stepping into unfamiliar territory. Thank God for Rochelle at STEP! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and creative mind were simply magnificent! Rochelle and her team were absolutely indispensable! She was the biggest reason our Son’s wedding turned out to be a spectacular success! In addition to her help with planning the wedding, she was there for all “day-of coordination”: organizing the shuttle buses of people to and from the hotel, church, and venue; making sure the wedding party was taken care of; syncing with the DJ and photographer; anything that needed to be done she and her staff had it covered. At times it was like Rochelle was reading our thoughts because she was right there with a solution before we could ask the question. Rochelle and her team were there for setup the day before and the breakdown of the venue, which went until the wee hours of the next morning. I cannot express enough how much we loved having Rochelle be a part of our family’s first wedding, and it won’t be her last! This was the first of 4! We will absolutely be using Rochelle again!

My company hosts an employee Christmas party at my home for about 100 employees and spouses.  Our employees work very hard all year and we want to treat them to a spectacular event that reflects our core values – family, fun and camaraderie.   We have hired Rochelle for the past 10 years to coordinate this extravaganza.   She knows – because she listens, internalizes and understands - that we demand perfection and fresh ideas every year – and that is exactly what she delivers.  We want our employees to have an experience that they would otherwise not have.  Rochelle always brings fun and classy ideas to the party.  It may be wine tasting mixed with karaoke with a live band one year to beer tasking with a real British bartender the next – to live music and dancing from a well-known artist the following year.  Whatever may be the theme of the year, it always hits the mark by delivering an elegant evening filled with fun and surprises.  How do I know Rochelle does a great job?  The employees rave about the party and start asking in June or July about next year’s theme.  Of course, I don’t tell them.  Not because I am holding a secret, but because we don’t start engaging Rochelle until October and of course, I don’t know what she has up her sleeve.
 
The STEP method that Rochelle employs provides a sound guide to a healthy client relationship and successful event.  The process starts with listening to the client’s needs and vision.  Rochelle then recommends changes and additions based on her experience.  She will then develop a roadmap and detailed plan for the day’s events.  Behind the scene, she coordinates caterers, musicians, wait staff and other necessary vendors.  Of course, she is on site the day of the event to make sure everything goes seamlessly and according to plan.
